He is a member of the Bankruptcy and Commercial Subcommittee of the General Council of the Spanish Bar Association and serves as coordinator of the Master’s program in Bankruptcy Law and Restructuring at the Madrid Bar Association. He also teaches in the equivalent program at the Barcelona Bar Association and is an associate professor of Commercial Law at the University of Girona. A frequent speaker and lecturer, he has participated in numerous training sessions organized by bar associations, economists’ associations, and other institutions, focusing on insolvency, debt restructuring, and housing rights. He has also contributed to various legislative initiatives in the field of insolvency. |
